🧀🥩 Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Sliders
Makes about 10–12 sliders
Ingredients
Biscuits

1 can buttermilk biscuits (or homemade if you’re fancy)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp is best)

2 tbsp melted butter

Optional: pinch of garlic powder
Sausage Filling

1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
¾–1 cup milk
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the sausage

Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up.

Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage, stir, and cook 1 minute.

Slowly pour in milk, stirring until thick and creamy.

Season with salt and lots of black pepper.

Remove from heat.
2. Prep the biscuits

Split each biscuit horizontally.

Place bottoms on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle a little cheddar on each bottom.
3. Assemble

Spoon sausage mixture onto each biscuit bottom.

Add more cheddar on top of sausage.

Place biscuit tops on.

Brush tops with melted butter (add garlic powder if using).
4. Bake

Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 15–18 minutes

Until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly
