Easy Crock Pot Chicken
Ingredients

2–3 lbs chicken (breasts or thighs)

1 cup chicken broth (or water)

1 packet ranch seasoning or:

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter (optional, but yum)
Instructions

Add chicken to the Crock Pot
No need to brown it—just place it in. -
Season
Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the chicken. -
Add liquid
Pour broth around the chicken (not directly on top if you want max flavor). -
Cook

LOW: 6–7 hours
-
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Chicken is done when it’s tender and shreds easily.

Use two forks to shred right in the pot, or leave whole.
