Cheesy Meat Dip (Nacho Dip Style)
Ingredients

300 g minced meat (beef OR chicken)

1 tbsp oil
-
1 small onion (finely chopped)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup tomato puree OR finely chopped tomatoes
-
1 tsp chilli powder / paprika
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Salt to taste
-
½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
-
1½–2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese (grated)
-
2 tbsp cream or milk (optional, extra creamy)

Chopped coriander / parsley (optional)
Method
1️⃣ Cook the meat

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onion, sauté till soft.

Add garlic, sauté till fragrant.

Add minced meat and salt.
-
Cook till meat is browned and dry.
2️⃣ Make the sauce
-
Add tomato puree, chilli powder, cumin, pepper, oregano.

Cook on medium flame till thick and saucy (oil slightly separates).

Stir in cream/milk if using.
3️⃣ Add cheese & melt
Option A – Pan method

Lower flame.
-
Add grated cheese on top.

Cover and cook till cheese melts fully.
Option B – Oven / Cooker

Transfer to oven-safe dish.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes till bubbly.
4️⃣ Finish

Sprinkle herbs.
