Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

2 cups beef broth or water

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Optional: pinch of sugar (cuts acidity)
How to Make It

Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, paprika, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
