Blender Cake (Vanilla or Lemon)
Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups granulated sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract
(or lemon zest + 2 tbsp lemon juice for lemon cake)
Instructions

Blend
-
Add eggs, milk, oil, sugar, and vanilla to the blender.

Blend until completely smooth (about 30–40 seconds).

Add dry ingredients

Add flour and baking powder.

Pulse just until combined—don’t overblend.

Bake
-
Pour batter into a greased 9×13 pan or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F (175°C):

9×13: 35–40 minutes

Bundt: 40–45 minutes

Toothpick should come out clean.

Cool & serve

Let cool slightly.

Variations
