Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer), crumbled or blended

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Method

1️⃣ Prepare batter

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth (or mash very finely).

  • Add eggs, sugar/honey, vanilla, salt.

  • Mix well → batter should be thick but pourable.

2️⃣ Cook pancakes

  • Heat non-stick pan on low–medium heat.

  • Lightly grease with butter.

  • Pour small ladles of batter.

3️⃣ Flip carefully

  • Cook 2–3 minutes until edges set and bottom is golden.

  • Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes.

4️⃣ Serve hot
