Chicken Egg Scramble with Butter
Ingredients

200 g boneless chicken (very small pieces or minced)

3–4 eggs

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 small tomato (finely chopped)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
½ tsp red chilli powder
-
½ tsp black pepper powder
-
Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil
-
2–3 tbsp butter (cut into pieces, for topping)
Method
1️⃣ Cook the chicken

Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté till aromatic.

Add chicken and salt.

Cook on medium flame until chicken is fully cooked and slightly dry.
2️⃣ Add masala

Add onion, sauté till soft.

Add tomato, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper.

Cook till mixture becomes thick and slightly roasted.
3️⃣ Add eggs

Beat eggs lightly with a pinch of salt.

Pour eggs into the pan.

Cook on low–medium flame, gently scrambling.

Do not overcook — keep it soft and moist.
4️⃣ Butter finish (important 🔥)

Switch off flame.

Add butter pieces on top (like in the image).

Cover for 1 minute so butter melts slowly.
Serve Hot With

Chapati / paratha

Plain rice
Tips
-
Cut chicken very small so it mixes well with eggs.

Butter at the end gives that rich look and taste 🤍

You can add green chillies for extra spice.
