  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour (optional, helps coating stick)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

1. Prep the zucchini

  • Wash and cut zucchini into fry-shaped sticks (about finger length).
  • Pat dry with paper towels (important so coating sticks).

2. Set up coating stations

  • Bowl 1: flour (optional)
  • Bowl 2: beaten eggs
  • Bowl 3: mix breadcrumbs + Parmesan + garlic powder + paprika + salt + pepper

3. Coat the fries
