- 4–5 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp dried herbs (or fresh thyme for garnish)

1. Prep Potatoes
- Peel and slice potatoes very thin (use a knife or slicer).
- Keep slices uniform for even cooking.
2. Make Cream Mixture
- In a bowl, mix:
- Heavy cream
- Garlic

3. Assemble
- Grease a muffin tray.
- Stack potato slices in each cup, layering with:
