🍳 Instructions
1. Activate yeast

In a bowl mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast.

Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Make the dough

Add egg, condensed milk, salt, and flour.

Mix until dough forms.
3. Add butter

Knead in soft butter until dough becomes smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes).
4. First rise

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
