Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Sausage

  4. Remove sausage and set aside.


2️⃣ Cook Onion and Garlic

  1. In the same pan add chopped onion.

Stir everything together.

  1. Return sausage to the pan.

  2. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25–30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
