Ingredients

French Toast

  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

  • Maple syrup (for serving)

Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • Pinch of dried parsley (optional garnish)

Bacon & Sausage

  • 6 slices bacon

  • 4 breakfast sausages


Instructions

1. Cook the Bacon

  1. Place bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy.

  3. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.


2. Cook the Sausages

  1. In the same skillet, add the sausages.

  2. Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently so they brown evenly.

  3. Cook until fully browned and cooked through.


3. Prepare the French Toast

  1. In a bowl, whisk together:

    • eggs

    • milk

    • sugar

    • vanilla extract

    • cinnamon

  2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides.

  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook bread slices 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.


4. Make the Scrambled Eggs

  1. In a bowl whisk:

    • eggs

    • milk or cream

    • salt and pepper

  2. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over low heat.

  3. Pour in eggs and gently stir with a spatula.

  4. Cook slowly until soft and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).

  5. Stir in cheese if using and remove from heat.


5. Assemble the Plate

  1. Place French toast slices on the plate.
