Banana Oat Carrot Cake Bites
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1½ cups rolled oats

1 cup finely grated carrots
Optional (for better flavor):

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional if you want it sweeter)

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp chopped walnuts, almonds, or raisins (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the rolled oats and grated carrots to the mashed bananas.

Mix well until everything is fully combined and forms a thick batter.

Stir in cinnamon, vanilla, honey, or nuts if using.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray.

Slightly flatten each bite with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until the bites are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Storage
