Banana Pudding Cups (Full Recipe)

Ingredients

Pudding Cream

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding (3.4 oz / 96 g)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Layers

  • 3–4 ripe **Bananas (sliced)

  • 1½ cups crushed Vanilla Wafers or butter cookies

  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips


Instructions

1. Make the Pudding

  1. In a bowl whisk cold milk + vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes.

  2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes until it thickens.


2. Make Whipped Cream

  1. In another bowl beat:

    • heavy cream

    • powdered sugar

    • vanilla extract

  2. Beat until soft peaks form.


3. Combine

  • Fold the whipped cream into the pudding gently to make a light, fluffy cream.


4. Assemble the Cups

In each dessert cup layer:

1️⃣ Crushed vanilla wafers
2️⃣ Pudding cream
3️⃣ Banana slices
4️⃣ Repeat layers

5. Chill
