1. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in a single layer and cook 4β5 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Build the Flavor
In the same pan:

Add garlic, ginger, and chilies. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
