🍎 Apple Cinnamon Oat Crumble Bars

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make Apple Filling
In a bowl, mix:

Stir until evenly coated. Set aside.
3️⃣ Make Crust & Crumble
In a large bowl, combine:

Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
4️⃣ Assemble

Press ⅔ of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.

5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.

Let cool at least 1 hour before slicing (this helps them set).

Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bars.
