Air-fried Crispy Cauliflower

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko (panko = extra crunch)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but 🔥)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked if possible)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp chili powder or cayenne

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).

  2. Dry the cauliflower well (important for crispiness).

  3. Toss florets with olive oil until lightly coated.

  4. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and spices.

  5. Toss cauliflower in the crumb mix, pressing lightly so it sticks.

  6. Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

  7. Add 1–2 extra minutes if you want them ultra crispy.

Optional Sauces (pick your fighter)

  • Buffalo: Toss with warm buffalo sauce after cooking

  • Garlic Parm: Extra Parmesan + melted butter + garlic

  • Honey Mustard: 2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp mustard

  • Tahini Lemon: Tahini + lemon juice + garlic + water

  • Don’t overcrowd—do batches if needed.

  • For extra crunch, spray lightly with oil halfway through.
