This baked Mexican-style cheese dip is creamy, melty, and loaded with bold flavor — perfect for parties, game day, or taco night.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies), drained

  • ½ lb ground beef or sausage (optional)

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • 1 small jalapeño, diced (optional for heat)

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

1️⃣ Cook the Meat (Optional)

  1. Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Drain excess grease.
