π§ Crispy Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken
π Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella (or fresh slices)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika

Β½ tsp salt

Β½ tsp black pepper
-
Β½ cup flour
-
1 egg (beaten)

1 cup breadcrumbs

2β3 tbsp oil for frying

Prep the chicken
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast (donβt cut all the way through). -
Stuff it
Fill each pocket with mozzarella. Secure with toothpicks if needed. -
Season
Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub over the chicken. -
Coat
Dredge in flour β dip in beaten egg β coat with breadcrumbs. -
Cook
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook 5β6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
(Or bake at 375Β°F / 190Β°C for 25β30 minutes.) -
Rest & Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing β enjoy that cheesy stretch!
