Ingredients

Caramel

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 6 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup heavy cream (room temp)

  • ½ tsp salt

Coating

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted amber color.

  2. Add butter carefully; stir until combined.

  3. Slowly pour in cream (mixture will bubble).

  4. Cook 1–2 minutes more, stirring.

  5. Pour into parchment-lined pan.

  6. Cool completely, then cut into squares.

  7. Melt chocolate and dip caramels.

  8. Let set.
