Instructions

Make the meatballs
In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt, and pepper.
Roll into small meatballs (1–1½ inches). -
Brown the meatballs
Heat tallow in a pot or skillet over medium heat.
Brown meatballs on all sides (don’t fully cook through yet). Remove and set aside. -
Build the soup
In the same pot:-
Add bone broth and butter

Bring to a gentle simmer

Cook meatballs in broth
Return meatballs to the pot.
Simmer 10–15 minutes until cooked through and tender. -
Creamy option
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream (don’t boil). -
Finish & adjust
