  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. In another bowl whisk oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin, vanilla.

  4. Combine wet & dry.

  5. Pour into 2 greased 8-inch pans.

  6. Bake 30–35 mins. Cool completely.

  7. Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.

  8. Layer & frost cake.


🥕 Carrot Cake (Moist & Soft)

📝 Ingredients

Cake:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups grated carrots

  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (optional)

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Frosting:
