🧀 Creamy Rotel Sausage Dip (Crockpot)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage (breakfast or mild Italian)

  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), undrained

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • ½ cup diced bell pepper (optional)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)


🔥 Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

  2. Add to slow cooker
    Place cooked sausage in crockpot. Add Rotel (with juice), cream cheese, Velveeta, and bell peppers.

  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is fully melted and smooth.

  4. Stir & Serve
