🥔🍖 Crockpot Meatballs & Potatoes
📝 Ingredients

1 (24–32 oz) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs

1½–2 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)

1 small onion, sliced (optional but recommended)

3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
-
1 cup beef broth
-
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tbsp butter, sliced
-
1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions

Dump in the crockpot
Add potatoes to the bottom. Top with frozen meatballs and onions. -
Mix the sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. -
Pour & top
Pour mixture over everything. Dot with sliced butter on top. -
Cook

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours
(Potatoes should be fork-tender.)

Optional thick gravy

Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water.

Stir in during last 20 minutes on HIGH.
