🍕 1. Veggie Supreme
Dough (for all pizzas – makes 2 large crusts)

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 ¼ cups warm water

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

Add flour, salt, olive oil. Knead 8–10 minutes.

Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Sauce (for all pizzas)

1 cup crushed tomatoes
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste
Mix and set aside.
Toppings
-
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
-
½ cup sliced mushrooms
-
½ green bell pepper, sliced
-
½ red bell pepper, sliced
-
¼ red onion, thin sliced

¼ cup black olives
-
1 small tomato, sliced
Bake:
Roll dough, spread sauce, add cheese and toppings.
