Ingredients
For the patties:

1 ½ lbs ground beef

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg
-
1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste
For the gravy:

1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix

1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
-
1 cup beef broth
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

8 oz sliced mushrooms
-
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Make the patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form into 4–5 oval patties. -
Brown (optional but recommended)
Sear patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. This adds flavor but isn’t required. -
Layer in slow cooker
Place patties in the slow cooker.
Top with mushrooms and onions. -
Mix gravy
In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over patties. -
Cook

Spoon extra gravy over the top.

Optional Upgrade
