Soft Pan-Fried Flatbread with Butter & Condensed Milk
Ingredients (Makes 6–8 flatbreads)
For the dough:

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt
-
1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
-
~¾ cup (180ml) warm water (add gradually)
For topping:

Butter (as desired)
-
Sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.

Add oil/melted butter and mix.

Gradually add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.

Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. Shape

Divide dough into 6–8 equal balls.

Roll each ball into a thin round (like a tortilla or crepe thickness).
3. Cook

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (no oil needed, or lightly grease).

Cook each flatbread about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.

Stack and keep covered with a clean towel to stay soft.
4. Serve

Spread a generous piece of butter on the hot flatbread.

Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.

Fold or roll and enjoy warm.
