🍔 Classic Cheeseburger
Ingredients (4 burgers)
Patties

1½ lbs (680g) ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
Assembly

4 burger buns

4 slices cheddar cheese

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Pickles

Onion slices

Ketchup & mustard (optional)

1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions

Form patties: Divide beef into 4 equal portions. Shape gently into patties slightly wider than buns. Press a small dent in center.

Season: Salt and pepper both sides just before cooking.

Cook: Heat skillet or grill to medium-high. Cook 3–4 minutes per side (medium). Add cheese last minute and cover to melt.

Toast buns: Butter insides and toast lightly.

Assemble: Add patty, toppings, and condiments. Serve immediately.
🧈 Crispy Pan-Fried Tofu
Ingredients

14 oz (400g) firm tofu

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tsp ginger (minced)

Green onions (garnish)
Instructions

Press tofu: Wrap in towel, place weight on top for 20–30 minutes.

Cube: Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Season: Toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger.

Coat: Lightly toss with cornstarch.

Cook: Heat oil in pan over medium-high. Cook cubes 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Garnish with green onions.
☕ Classic Tiramisu (No-Bake)
Ingredients

6 egg yolks

¾ cup sugar

1 cup mascarpone cheese
-
1½ cups heavy cream
-
2 cups strong coffee (cooled)

2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

24 ladyfinger cookies

Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

Custard base: Whisk yolks and sugar over simmering water until thick (about 5 minutes). Cool slightly.

Beat in mascarpone until smooth.

Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into mascarpone mixture.

Mix coffee and liqueur.

Dough

¼ cup sugar

1 egg + 1 yolk

¼ cup melted butter

3 cups flour

¾ tsp salt
Filling

½ cup brown sugar

1½ tbsp cinnamon

¼ cup softened butter
Icing

4 oz cream cheese

2 tbsp butter
-
¾ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla
Instructions

Activate yeast: Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar. Rest 5 minutes.

Add egg, yolk, butter, flour, salt. Knead 8–10 minutes.

Rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.

Roll into rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar.

Roll tightly, slice into 9–12 pieces.
-
Place in greased pan. Rise 30–45 minutes.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.

Beat icing ingredients. Spread over warm buns.
