🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4–6 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs (optional topping)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (if using topping)

  2. Mix the creamy base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.

  3. Add flavor: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fold in the good stuff: Add shredded chicken, jalapeños, bacon, and 1 cup cheddar + ½ cup mozzarella. Mix well.
