Black Tea,Black Coffee,Hot Milk & Hot Chocolate


🫖 Black Tea (Classic Hot)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 black tea bag (or 1 tsp loose black tea)

  • Optional: sugar, honey, lemon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil (about 200–212°F / 93–100°C).

  2. Pour over tea bag/leaves.

  3. Steep 3–5 minutes (longer = stronger).

  4. Remove tea bag, add sweetener or lemon if desired.


☕ Black Coffee (Drip Method)

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tbsp ground coffee

  • 6 oz (¾ cup) hot water

Instructions (Pour-Over Style)

  1. Heat water to about 195–205°F (90–96°C).

  2. Place coffee in filter.

  3. Slowly pour hot water over grounds in circles.

  4. Let drip completely. Serve black.

(Stronger coffee? Add more grounds, not hotter water.)


🥛 Hot Milk (Comfort Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or sugar

  • Optional: pinch cinnamon or vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat (don’t boil).

  2. Stir gently until steaming.

  3. Add sweetener or flavoring if desired.

  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.


🍫 Hot Chocolate (Rich & Creamy)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Small pinch salt

  • Optional: mini marshmallows or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk cocoa, sugar, and salt with 2 tbsp milk to make a paste.

  2. Slowly add remaining milk and heat gently.

  3. Stir until smooth and hot (do not boil).

  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

  5. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
