Ingredients (4 burritos)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 6 eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon

  • 1 cup diced breakfast potatoes (cooked)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • ¼ cup salsa

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Scramble until just set.

  2. Warm tortillas.

  3. Layer eggs, meat, potatoes, cheese, and salsa.

  4. Fold sides in, roll tightly.

  5. Optional: toast seam-side down in skillet for 1–2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 2½ cups milk

  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; drain.

  2. Melt butter, whisk in flour (1 minute).

  3. Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thick.

  4. Stir in cheese, salt & paprika.

  5. Fold in pasta and serve.

Ingredients (12 cupcakes)

  • 1½ cups flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1½ tsp vanilla

Frosting

  • 1 cup butter

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes.

  2. Cool completely before frosting.


🍕 Homemade Pizza (Classic Cheese or Pepperoni)

Dough

  • 2¼ tsp yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2½ cups flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Toppings

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups mozzarella

  • Pepperoni (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix dough, knead 5–7 minutes. Rise 1 hour.

  2. Roll out, add sauce and cheese.

  3. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–12 minutes.


Now the real question…

If I had to eliminate one?
Cupcakes might be the most replaceable 😬
