🍔 Classic Cheeseburger
Ingredients (4 burgers)

1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 sesame burger buns

Instructions

Form beef into 4 patties. Season both sides with salt & pepper.

Cook on grill or skillet (medium-high) 3–4 minutes per side.

Add cheese during last minute; cover to melt.

Toast buns lightly.

Assemble with toppings and serve hot.
☕ Classic Tiramisu
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
-
¾ cup sugar

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1½ cups heavy cream
-
2 cups strong espresso (cooled)

2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

24 ladyfingers
-
Cocoa powder
Instructions

Whisk yolks & sugar over simmering water until thick; cool slightly.

Beat in mascarpone.

Whip cream to stiff peaks; fold in.

Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso.

Layer cookies + cream mixture. Repeat.

Dust with cocoa.

Chill at least 4 hours (overnight best).
🌀 Soft Cinnamon Buns
Dough

3½ cups flour

2¼ tsp yeast

1 cup warm milk

⅓ cup sugar

1 egg
-
⅓ cup melted butter

½ tsp salt
Filling

½ cup softened butter
-
¾ cup brown sugar
-
1½ tbsp cinnamon
Icing

1 cup powdered sugar
-
2–3 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla
Instructions

Mix dough ingredients; knead 5–7 minutes.

Rise 1 hour.

Roll out, spread butter, sprinkle sugar & cinnamon.

Roll up, slice, place in pan.

Rise 30 minutes.

Bake 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 min.

Drizzle icing on warm rolls.
🧀 Homemade Blue Cheese
(This is a simplified home-style method.)
Ingredients

1 gallon whole milk
-
¼ tsp mesophilic starter culture
-
¼ tsp Penicillium roqueforti
-
½ tsp liquid rennet
-
2 tsp salt
Basic Process
-
Warm milk to 86°F (30°C). Add cultures.

Add diluted rennet; let set 60–90 minutes.
-
Cut curds; drain.
-
Mold and lightly press.
-
Salt and age 2–3 months, piercing to allow blue veining.
