🧀 Creamy Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Noodles
🛒 Ingredients

2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth
-
3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter
-
1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

8–10 oz egg noodles (uncooked)

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions

Add chicken to crockpot
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Add sauce ingredients
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and butter. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:-
Low: 4–5 hours

High: 2–3 hours
Until chicken is cooked through and tender.

Shred chicken
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the crockpot. -
Add noodles & cheese
Stir in uncooked egg noodles and Parmesan cheese. Make sure noodles are mostly submerged in liquid. -
Cook noodles
Cover and cook on High for 20–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until noodles are tender. -
Serve
Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
