🛒 Ingredients

2–3 lbs baby potatoes (Yukon gold or red)

6 tbsp melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried parsley)

½ tsp paprika

½ cup shredded cheddar (optional)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Potatoes

Wash and dry baby potatoes.

Leave whole (halve only if large).
2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter
In a bowl mix:

Melted butter

Garlic
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Italian seasoning
-
Paprika
3️⃣ Wrap

Cut squares of heavy-duty foil.

Place 2–3 potatoes in each square.

Spoon garlic butter over them.

If using cheese, sprinkle a little inside each packet.

Seal tightly into small foil bundles.
4️⃣ Slow Cook

Lightly spray slow cooker.

Arrange foil packets inside.

Cover and cook:

High: 3–4 hours

Low: 5–6 hours

Potatoes are done when fork tender.
5️⃣ Finish

Carefully open packets.

Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley on top.
