🥩 Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
All the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak — tender beef, sautéed peppers & onions, and lots of melty cheese — baked into an easy, comforting casserole.
🛒 Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef or thin-sliced sirloin

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
1 small onion, sliced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
4 oz cream cheese
-
½ cup sour cream
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
6–8 slices provolone cheese
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (if using sliced steak)
👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook beef

Brown ground beef (or sear sliced steak in olive oil).

Drain excess grease if needed.

Add veggies
-
Stir in peppers, onion, and garlic.

Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.

Make it creamy
-
Lower heat. Stir in Worcestershire, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble

Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Top with mozzarella and layer provolone slices over the top.

Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Broil 2–3 minutes for golden browning (optional).
