🥗 Dorito Taco Salad
Crunchy, cheesy, and packed with taco flavor — perfect for potlucks, game days, or an easy weeknight dinner.
🛒 Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

½ cup water
-
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
½ red onion, diced
-
1 bag (9–10 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed
-
1 cup Catalina or French dressing
Optional add-ins:

Sour cream
-
Sliced black olives
-
Corn
-
Diced avocado
-
Salsa
👩🍳 Instructions

Cook the beef

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup water.

Simmer 3–5 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Assemble the salad

In a large bowl combine lettuce, cheese, beans, tomatoes, onion, and cooled beef.

Add crushed Doritos.

Dress & serve

Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.

Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
