🧾 Ingredients

  • 500g cooked shrimp — peeled & deveined

  • 1 cup tomato juice or Clamato

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup lime juice (fresh)

  • ¼ cup red onion — finely chopped

  • 1 tomato — diced

  • 1 small cucumber — diced

  • 1 jalapeño — minced (optional)

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro — chopped

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Avocado cubes (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix tomato juice, ketchup & lime juice.

  2. Add onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño & cilantro.

  3. Season with salt, pepper & hot sauce.

  4. Add cooked shrimp and gently mix.

  5. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.

  6. Top with avocado & lime wedges.

  • Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.

  • Add a little orange juice for slight sweetness.
