6โ7 cups bread cubes (day-old bread works best)

3 eggs

2 cups milk

ยฝ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Custard Sauce

1 cup milk
-
ยผ cup sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).

Place bread cubes in greased baking dish.

Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla & cinnamon.

Pour mixture over bread โ press gently to soak.

Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake 35โ40 minutes until set & golden.
Custard Sauce

Heat milk & sugar in saucepan.

Mix cornstarch with little milk โ add to pan.

Cook until thick & creamy.

Stir in butter & vanilla.

Pour warm custard over baked pudding and serve.
