Filling

2 cups cooked chicken โ shredded

1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Crust
-
2 ready pie crusts or puff pastry sheets

1 egg (for egg wash)

Melt butter in pan โ cook onion & garlic until soft.

Add flour โ cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in broth & milk โ cook until thick sauce.

Add chicken, vegetables & seasoning โ mix well.

Pour filling into pie dish lined with crust.

Cover with second crust โ seal edges & cut small vents.

Brush top with beaten egg.

Bake at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 35โ40 minutes until golden.
