🥔 Garlic Butter Baked Potatoes

🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes (Russet or any baking potatoes)

  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)

  • 3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: chopped parsley, cheese, sour cream, chili flakes


🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Wash & scrub the potatoes well. Pat dry.

  3. Pierce each potato 3–4 times with a fork (important so they don’t burst).

  4. Make garlic butter:
    Mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Rub potatoes generously with the garlic butter.
    (Save a little butter for serving!)

  6. Wrap in foil OR place directly on the oven rack for crispier skin.

  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, flipping once halfway, until soft inside.


✨ To Serve

  • Slice open the potatoes

  • Add extra garlic butter

  • Sprinkle parsley or cheese

  • Finish with sour cream if you like 😍
