π§ Soft Cheesy Milk Bread Loaf
π§Ύ Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt
-
2ΒΌ tsp instant yeast
-
ΒΎ cup warm milk
-
1 egg
-
3 tbsp butter β soft
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

In bowl mix flour, sugar, salt & yeast.

Add warm milk & egg β mix into soft dough.

Knead 8β10 minutes until smooth.

Add butter and knead again until soft & elastic.

Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Roll dough into rectangle, sprinkle cheese.

Roll into loaf shape and place in greased pan.

Cover and rise again 30β40 minutes.

Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 30β35 minutes until golden.

Brush with butter for soft shiny crust.
