🥖 Cheesy Beef Stuffed Rolls
Ingredients
For the Filling:

1 lb ground beef

½ small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
(or 1 lb homemade pizza dough)
For the Top:

2 tablespoons melted butter
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
-
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare Filling

Brown ground beef with onion until fully cooked. Drain grease.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper.

Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Prepare Dough

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll dough into a rectangle.

Cut into 8 equal rectangles.
3. Fill & Roll

Add 2–3 tablespoons beef mixture to center of each piece.

Sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
-
Roll up tightly, pinching seams closed.

Place seam-side down on lined baking sheet.
4. Brush & Bake
-
Mix melted butter with garlic powder.
-
Brush over rolls.
-
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley on top.
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Optional Variations

Add diced pepperoni for pizza-style

Mix in cooked mushrooms or bell peppers

Use cheddar or provolone instead of mozzarella

Serve with warm marinara for dipping
