🥩 1. Beef Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 300g beef strips

  • 2 onions sliced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cups beef broth

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt & pepper

  • Toasted bread + cheese

Method

  1. Cook onions in butter until golden.

  2. Add beef and brown well.

  3. Pour broth & thyme — simmer 25–30 mins.

  4. Top with toast & cheese, melt before serving.


🍗 2. Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 carrot diced

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup noodles

  • Salt, pepper, parsley

Method

  1. Cook onion, carrot & celery in pot.

  2. Add broth & chicken — simmer 15 mins.

  3. Add noodles — cook until soft.

  4. Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes chopped

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 cups broth

  • 2 tbsp cream

  • Salt, pepper, sugar pinch

Method

  1. Cook onion & garlic.

  2. Add tomatoes & broth — simmer 20 mins.

  3. Blend smooth, add cream & seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 250g mushrooms sliced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup broth

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cook mushrooms in butter.

  2. Add flour — cook 1 min.

  3. Slowly add milk & broth — simmer until thick.


🥦 5. Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • Mixed veggies (carrot, potato, peas)

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cups broth

  • ½ cup cream

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cook onion & veggies.

  2. Add broth — simmer until soft.
