🦞 Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Here’s a restaurant-style Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter—juicy, buttery, and done fast.

Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

🧾 Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Optional: parsley, chili flakes

✂️ Prep the Lobster

  1. Using kitchen scissors, cut the shell down the center (top side) to the tail.

  2. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell (but keep it attached at the base).

  3. Pat the meat dry.

🧄 Garlic Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

🔥 Air Fryer Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.

  2. Brush lobster meat generously with garlic butter.

  3. Place tails meat-side up in the air fryer basket.

  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes, depending on size.

👉 Lobster is done when meat is opaque and firm (internal temp ~63°C / 145°F).

🧈 Finish & Serve

  • Brush with remaining garlic butter

  • Sprinkle parsley or chili flakes

  • Serve with lemon wedges

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Don’t overcook — lobster turns rubbery fast

  • If tails are large (7–8 oz), cook 8–9 minutes

  • Pair with baked potatoes, garlic bread, or veggies
